तुरई की सब्जी रेसिपी – Turai Ki Sabji Recipe In Hindi

Turai ki sabji ye khane mein swadisht aur kam masalo me banai jane wali recipe hai. Turai ki sabji banane mein samay bhi kam lagta hai aur kam masalo me swadist ban jati hai. Turai ki sabji ko aap Tuvar ki daldal fry ke sath bhi kha sakte hain ya fir aap is recipe ko zeera rice ke sath bhi kha sakte hain. Jab bhi market me mile to dharidkar is tarike se banae. Ingredient for turai ki sabji

Turai -250 gram

tamatar -2 khate Hue
Onion paste -1 chammach
Ginger garlic paste -1chammach
Hari mirch- 4-5 Kati Hui
Oil – 1 chammach
Zeera -1chammach
Lal mirch powder – 1chammach
Haldi powder – 1 chammach
Salt to taste
Hara Dhaniya thodasa
Dhaniya powder – 1 chammach
Garam Masala  – 1 chammach




Method Turai ki sabji

– Turai ki sabji banane ke liye sabse pahle turai ke upar Ka chilka utaar le firr Medium piece mein katle. 

– Ab ek sabji banane ke bartan me tel dal ke garam kare, Tel garam ho jane par onion paste aur jeera dalkar sunhera hone tak bhune.

– Ab ginger garlic paste bhi add kare aur ise chammach se milate huwe 2 minute tak pakaaye.

-Ab kate hue tamatar aur haldi powder, Garam Masala, Lal mirch powder, Dhaniya powder dalkar 2 minute ke liye tamatar soft hone tak pakaaye. (Simple Toor Dal)

-Ab kate hui turai, Namak aur Dhaniya Patti dale aur ek minute ke liye ise masalo Mein mix karte hue pakaaye.

-Ab 1 Cup Pani Milaye aur chammach se mix karde aur 10-15 minute ke liye medium flame gas par dhakke pakaaye. (Mutton curry in hindi)




-Ab dhakkan hata ke check kijiye ki turai ke piece acche tarah se soft hue hai ya nahin. Agar soft nahin hue hai to ek cup pani milaye aur 5-7 minute ke liye medium gas par pakaye.

-Ab gas band kar de Turai ki sabji recipe bankar taiyar hai ise Garma Garam parose.

Tips

Turai ke peace ko medium pieces me Kante aur Turai ke upar ka chhilka nikalle.

Masalo me turai ke piece add karne par Turai ke peace ko acchi Tarah masalo Mein mix Karde, isse Turai ki sabji me masalon Ka Swad Achcha aata hai.

Turai ki sabji Mein Pani Jyada Na Milaye, Jyada Pani milane per sabji ka taste Bigad sakta hai, Turai ki sabji Mein Pani jyada hai to thoda medium gas per 2-4 minute ke liye pakaye, isse sabji ki gravy gadi Hogi aur tasty hogi (Dhemse ki sabji kaise banaye)
