Cauliflower Recipe | Gobhi ki Sabji Recipe

Ingradients For Cauliflower Recipe

 

Cauliflower 250 grams

Onion paste 1 teaspoon

Garlic Ginger Paste 1 tsp

Tomato 2 medium size

Green chili 4 sliced

Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon

Oil – 2 cups

Turmeric powder a teaspoon

Red chili powder 1 teaspoon

Coriander powder a teaspoon

Garam masala powder a teaspoon

Salt to taste

Coriander leaves to garnish




How To Make Cauliflower Recipe

 

1. To make the cauliflower recipe, first cut the cauliflower into medium pieces and wash it with water. Cook egg malai masala quickly.

2. Now cut the tomatoes and also finely chop the green chilies.

3. Now put in oil in a pan or frying pan, when the oil is hot then put cauliflower pieces in the oil and fry it for 2 minutes. (Fry until the color of cauliflower changes).

4. Now heat oil in a pan, when the oil is hot, add cumin seeds to the oil and fry for 10 seconds.

5. Now add onion paste to it and fry till it golden brown color. This process will take 1 minute.

6. Mix ginger garlic paste after the scheduled time and also cook it for 1 minute.

7. Now add chopped tomatoes, chopped green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder and salt as per taste and cook for 2 minutes by mixing it with a spoon. (We have to cook till the tomatoes are soft).

9. After 1 minute, add the fried cauliflower and mix all these things with a spoon and then close the pan and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.

Tips:

 

We have made dry Cauliflower Tomato Recipe, if you want gravy then add 250 ml water instead of 100 ml.

Do not add green chillies if you do not like to eat more chilies.
